This book makes a nice change to the usual adult colouring books for mindfulness and calm, in that instead of always having nature, birds, butterflies and animal scenes, there’re a variety of fashions to work your way through. It’s an opportunity to use the other colours in your paint box, felt tips or pencils. I think pencils work best in this book. But this is a personal preference as I like a larger surface area for paints! As always, colouring is great stress relief in busy lives and an opportunity to release some creativity on paper.
